Solitz Quality Assurance

Solitz’s quality assurance procedure involves every stage of the manufacturing process. Among the various QA procedures are these 5 checks:

• Gauge made by Sodick to 0.0001mm accuracy ensuring correct machining profile
• Wastegate Leakage test – Ensuring no leakage when wastegate is closed
• Watercool Leakage test – Ensuring no leakage in connections and inside the bearing housing
• High speed balancing – All wheels up to 108mm turbine inducer are VSR
• Correct Orientation Setting – Ensuring effortless installation on the engine (unless otherwise stated)

2. Long-Life Reliability, Enhanced Durability

Solitz’s turbochargers are subjected to the vigorous demands of our sophisticated gas stand to determine the performance map (air pressure ratio vs airflow at various rotation speeds) and to test fatigue cycles up to 1000 hours.
